How can I enable pop-ups in the Cashier?

On your Computer

If your pop-up blocker is turned on, an icon that looks like a browser bar with a red 'x' will appear in your address bar.

To enable Pop-ups on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge:

1. Click on the icon.
2. Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from Pinnacle.
3. Click Done.

To enable Pop-ups on Safari:

1. In the Safari app on your Mac, go to the website.
2. Choose Safari > Settings, then click Websites.
3. Click Pop-up Windows on the left.
4. If you don’t see Pop-up Windows, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the list.
5. In the pop-up menu for the website, choose one of the following:

• Allow: Pop-ups for the website appear.
• Block and Notify: Pop-ups for the website don’t appear, but when you visit a website with blocked pop-ups, you can choose to show them by clicking the Show button in the Smart Search field.
• Block: Pop-ups for the website don’t appear.

On your phone

For Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge:

If your pop-up blocker is turned on, a message will appear giving you the option to change the setting.
Click on Always show and Pinnacle will be added to the list of websites that will not have pop-ups blocked on your mobile device.

For Safari:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Select "Safari"
3. Under “General”, locate “Block Pop-ups” and slide the button to the disabled position in order to allow pop-ups.
