How can I submit a formal complaint?

Customers may submit a formal complaint by contacting Customer Service, or via the Contact Us option on the website.

To assist with quick resolutions, it is important to:

  • Use the email address registered to your account
  • Include your Client ID and the date and time relevant to the complaint
  • Provide all details relevant to the issue.

Once received, we will review the issue, and respond within 72 hours of receiving the initial complaint.
