Why do I need to verify my card and how do I do it?

Card verification is required to confirm transactions and ownership of your card.

Normally, you may be asked to verify your card if:

  • You deposit with one card and request a withdrawal to a different payment method.
  • You request a withdrawal to a card that has not been used for deposits.

To verify your card, we require a bank statement or, preferably, a card statement showing:

  • Your name (as registered on your Pinnacle account).
  • The card number.

If the card number is not visible, please ensure the statement clearly shows your name and the Pinnacle transaction.

You can upload your documents via My Account → Verification, or by following the upload instructions in the email you received.
