What documents do I need to verify my account?

To verify your account, we may ask you to provide proof of identity and proof of address.

Proof of Identity

• Passport
• Photo-card driving licence
• National identity card
• National residence card

Proof of Address

• A recent statement or reference letter issued by anyone carrying out relevant financial business in Malta or equivalent activities in another reputable jurisdiction
• A recent utility bill for a service received at a residential property
• Correspondence from a central or local government authority, department, or agency
• A lease agreement
• An official conduct certificate, such as a police conduct certificate

Note that the proof of address must be issued within the last 6 months.

How do I upload my documents?

You can upload your verification documents by going to My Account → Verification and following the instructions on the screen.
